What is a micromarket?
A micromarket is a combination of open shelves, unlocked coolers coupled with a self-check out kiosk.
Why to avoid a micromarket?
Theft - Items are taken with out being scanned at the checkout kiosk. This leads to the operator having to charge higher prices on items to cover for lost revenue due to theft.
Inconvenience - Having to scan your items at the checkout kiosk is a waste of time when there is an option to grab your items and go!
